Preamble

Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and eck444 ("eck444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the eck444 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the eck444 website at eck444.bet ("the Platform").

By completing registration, logging in to an existing account, or by otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

eck444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page and, where appropriate, notified to registered players by email or in-platform message. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Section 1

Eligibility and Registration

Who may open and use an eck444 account.

To register and maintain an account on the eck444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. eck444 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the eck444 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate registration data: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by eck444 or any other gaming platform that you are aware of.
• Own funds: All deposits made into your eck444 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor accept deposits from third parties into your account.

Section 2

Account Management and Security

Your responsibilities in maintaining a secure eck444 account.

Once your eck444 account is successfully registered, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. eck444 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent eck444 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

Rules governing the movement of funds into and out of your eck444 account.

All financial transactions on the eck444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eck444 does not impose currency conversion charges on transactions processed through its supported payment channels. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by registered players.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Supported channels: eck444 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of individual channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Own-name payment methods only: All payment methods linked to your eck444 account must be registered in your own legal name. Payments originating from third-party wallets or bank accounts will be declined and, in cases of suspected fraud, may trigger an account investigation.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. eck444 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes in the event of technical issues, public holidays, or heightened verification requirements.
• Withdrawal fees: eck444 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which eck444 bears no responsibility.
• Anti-money laundering: eck444 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Deposits must originate from legitimately sourced funds. eck444 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal and to delay processing pending review.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

Conditions that apply to all bonus funds, free spins, and promotional offers on eck444.

From time to time, eck444 offers promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

Standards of fair conduct that apply across all games and sports betting markets on eck444.

All games available on the eck444 platform — including live casino titles, slots, fish shooting games, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate independently audited random number generators (RNGs) that ensure all game outcomes are statistically fair and free from manipulation.

• Game outcomes are final: Once a game round or betting event has settled and the result has been confirmed by the relevant game provider or sports data supplier, the outcome is final. eck444 does not overturn settled results except in cases of a verified technical error or data feed failure on the part of the provider.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be treated as void and any wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's account. eck444 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Prohibited software: The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any script designed to interact with the Platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited. eck444 monitors for non-human activity and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.
• Collusion and match fixing: Any form of collusion between players, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed, is strictly prohibited and may be referred to the relevant sporting authority. Affected bets will be voided and accounts involved will be permanently closed.
• Cricket and sports betting: All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. In-play bets accepted after an event's official result has been determined will be voided regardless of the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The eck444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While eck444 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate game operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

• Service interruptions: eck444 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers including internet service providers, payment processors, or game studios.
• Player decisions: eck444 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss arising from a player's decision to place a bet or wager. All gambling activity is conducted at the player's own risk and discretion.
• Third-party content: Game outcomes, odds, and sporting event results are generated or supplied by independent third-party providers. eck444 is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in data supplied by these providers, except where eck444 has been directly negligent in its integration or display of that data.
• Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eck444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to the use of the eck444 platform, both parties agree to first seek resolution through eck444's internal complaints procedure before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

If you continue to use the eck444 platform after revised Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].
